Dionisi and Stella are proud of their zakynthian heritage and have a keen appreciation for classical zakynthian architecture and tradition and this was the inspiration for the Neo classical architecture of the building .
Capolavoro Suites opens its doors to the public in 2022. The suites are built in a historical location of Zakynthos town, and offers its guests 6 suites to choose from – 3 double suites, 1 triple attic suite and 2 family attic suites, all of which feature unique Art Deco elements in their neoclassical design. The reception, the bar and the restaurant are located on the ground floor, and the two floors have three suites each. The owners take pride in their knowledge and appreciation of classical Zakynthian architecture, and with Capolavoro Suites, they found the perfect chance to make this unique style available to visitors from all over the world.
These three wonderful suites are located on the first floor, measure 22 sq.m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults. They feature luxurious bathrooms with a shower and are equipped with either a king-size bed or two twin beds each. Each suite has a small balcony with a view of the street. A baby cot can be added, upon request.
This suite is located on the second floor, measures 27 sq.m. and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults. It features a luxurious bathroom with a shower, two twin beds that can be combined into a King sized one, as well as an additional bed. There is also a small balcony with a view of the street. A baby cot can be added, upon request.
These two spacious suites are located on the second floor, measure 30 sq.m. each and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. They feature a luxurious bathroom with a shower and are equipped with a king-size bed (or two twin beds), plus two single beds or a bunk bed. There is also a small balcony with a view of the street. A baby cot can be added, upon request.
